Information collected and how it is collected
When you email us, we receive your name, email address, organization and role details, and any information you include in your message or attachments electronically. Share only what is needed for your request; do not send passwords, private keys or unnecessary sensitive information.
When you access the website, the hosting infrastructure may process your IP address, requested page, access time, browser information and technical error logs. The website does not require account registration or a contact form.
Purposes and legal bases
We use contact details and the content of your request to respond to demo, technical assessment and partnership enquiries and to conduct related discussions and proposals. Processing directly related to entering into or performing a contract is assessed under Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698.
Where necessary, website security, troubleshooting and business correspondence outside a contractual context rely on legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Article 5(2)(f)). The relevant conditions apply when processing is necessary to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or protect a right (Articles 5(2)(ç) and 5(2)(e)).
Service providers and data sharing
Web and domain hosting is provided by GoDaddy. Relevant technical data may be processed through this infrastructure to deliver and secure the website. Email transmission and storage take place through the infrastructure of the email service in use.
Information is shared only as needed for the stated purposes with authorized staff handling your request, technical service providers supplying the necessary services and legally authorized public bodies. Where international transfers occur, the applicable transfer requirements under Article 9 of Turkish Law No. 6698 must be observed.
Retention and deletion
Personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purpose and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Retention is assessed in light of the status of the enquiry, relevant contracts and applicable legal obligations.
Cookies, analytics and email links
The website code contains no analytics, advertising cookies, third-party tracking scripts or external chat tools. Your language choice is not saved in browser storage. Technical access logs kept by the hosting infrastructure are separate from this.
An email link opens the email application on your device. You send the message yourself; the website does not collect or send its content from your browser. When you open an external link, the privacy practices of that website apply.
Your rights and requests
Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about that processing, learn its purpose and whether the data is used accordingly, learn the recipients, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met.
You may request that recipients be notified of corrections or deletions, object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Use the contact details above to submit a request. Requests are assessed subject to identity verification and the procedures and time limits under applicable law.
